PRODUCT SELECTION: 
For each partner/supplier we need to select the best product(s) for each country, 
taking into consideration existing sales if applicable,
taste, pricing, competition.
A product may have to be adapted in a number of ways to meet the physical, social or mandatory
requirements of a new market. 
It may have to be modified to conform to government regulations or to operate effectively in country specific
​geographic and climatic conditions. 
It may be redesigned or repackaged to meet the diverse buyer preferences, or standard of living conditions.

 
PACKAGING: 
Foods will be packaged either loose if the product is individually packaged or in either a bag or a tube.
We use various co-packing companies in the Netherlands, Germany and the U.K.

​BOTTLING:
We bottle with one of the foremost European bottling/filling companies.
They can receive either a tanker or a container with a Flexitank. That is also our minimum quantity.

 They are able to handle carbonated beverages, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and can
produce mixed beverages. With high-performance production facilities they can handle both aluminum
cans of various formats as well as PET cans and bottles.
They operate several filling lines simultaneously, around the clock, seven days a week.
 

 
GRAPHIC DESIGN OF THE CANS:
We will either design the labels for a specific brand under our own KAAZ brand, OR, if the brand has important recognition,
​use the CLIENT brand and graphics.

VIDEOS: 
There are three kinds of videos we will produce for each partner:
 
1) a product specific video, explaining product, its history, the company’s role etc.; and
2) the general “KAAZ” video which will incorporate partner company and product information;
3) videos for the Social Media campaigns.
 
Our Spokeswoman/Anchor will be for "The Real Dutch", a typical Dutch woman, called Maartje.
In the case of "The Real 'Made in Germany'” we will use Ursula.

 
SCANNING AND ANIMATION: 
Using animation will allow us to produce videos in many different languages without dubbing or using each time
different actors that speak each separate language.

All our products will be scanned in full color so they can feature in the animated videos.


AUGMENTED REALITY: 
One of the features of our advanced digital sales program is the ability for the consumer to scan each
can and view ingredients, pricing, possible discounts and even linked discount vouchers.

​SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT:
In order to acquaint the public with our new concept and products we create a large volume of content.
From videos and pictures, to text, interactive games, viral content etc. 
This content will be produced for each separate country, and fully localized. It will be an ongoing endeavor and will
change and adapt as per the feedback received from customers.


WEBSITES:
There will be two kinds of Websites: one that will be B2B (the one you are looking at right now) and directed towards the retail chains and outlets,
​and another one that will be B2C and will be directed towards the general public and our consumers/clients.
 
As with everything we do, the Websites will be fully localized. 
The B2B site will explain the concept as it affects the retailers and explain the different products.
 
The B2C sites will go much further and go in depths into availability of the products, the ingredients,
payment choices, discounts, loyalty program etc.

 
The B2C sites will also be Web Shops and sell our products online. 

 
APP: 
The app will allow customers to locate a store, scan cans, calculate pricing, discounts,
view loyalty points, see in-depth information on products, connect with Social Media,
get digital vouchers, make payments.

 
PRICING:
For each country pricing is adapted towards local conditions like import duties,
competitive product pricing, mark-ups by local retailers etc. For each product this will need
to be ascertained, if it is not yet known. It will also need to allow for discounting campaigns.
 
Cost of packaging/bottling for our unique cans will need to be calculated.


LEGALIZATION:​
For each country each product will need to be legalized and conform to local standards.
Text on the cans will need to be adapted and even content quantity will need to be
looked at to conform if so required.
